We specialize in all aspects of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. Including but not limited to walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines of all makes and models, wine coolers and closets, all brands and models of HVAC, and all brands and models of cooking exhaust ventilation. We also service all brands of forced heating and cooking equipment.
What primary services do you offer?
Most importantly, we offer maintenance services. This will keep your equipment in its overall best running condition throughout its service lifespan. Regularly scheduled maintenance will also prolong the equipment’s lifespan. Guaranteed! Just like a car’s oil and brakes, we need to maintain the machines that keep our businesses moving forward everyday. We offer expert diagnostics, repair services and installation of new equipment. Our professional team of service technicians are trained to supply a level of service that will surpass all standards set fourth by the industry. We guarantee to have an answer/repair plan/part replacement or replacement equipment for your issue, within 24 HOURS, or our services are free of charge. Our highly advanced approach to commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and associated technologies has allowed us to be on the front line of best engineering practices, testing equipment and balancing devices. What are the rates of your services?
$98 per hour for service calls during regular business hours $147 for afterhours, weekends and holidays. and flat rate pricing for parts replacement and equipment installations.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
Generic parts warranties are provided by the parts manufacturer. If the part does not hold a warranty we warranty that part for 90 days from date of installation.
Warranties on repair work will be determined on a case by case basis. There are many factors to be evaluated for warranties on repair work. Age and condition of metal/electronic/metering components of system can all play a role in this determination.
Warranties on new equipment are also provided by the equipment manufacturer. These warranties can range from 1 year to 10 years depending on the application and type of equipment. Our typical labor warranty is 1-2 years from date of installation.
